SHIPPING POLICY

1. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
No minimum purchase is required.
No additional handling fees will be charged.
2. Shipping Destinations
At this time, we only ship within the United States, excluding the following locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Guam
- American Samoa
- Other U.S. offshore or remote islands
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO / FPO / DPO addresses
- Freight forwarders or international forwarding addresses
Orders placed with unsupported shipping addresses may be cancelled and fully refunded.
3. Order Processing Time
- Order processing time: 0–1 business day
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
4. Shipping Time and Delivery Estimate
- Shipping time: 1–3 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 1–4 business days
This estimated delivery time includes order processing time and shipping time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, peak sales seasons, inventory availability, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped from U.S. domestic fulfillment warehouses via FedEx or other comparable carriers at our discretion.
We aim to select the most suitable available warehouse and carrier based on product availability, delivery destination, and operational arrangements.
6. Warehouse Fulfillment
We operate through U.S. domestic fulfillment warehouses.
Orders will be shipped from the nearest or most suitable available warehouse based on inventory availability and the customer’s delivery address.
The actual fulfillment location may vary depending on stock availability, operational arrangements, and destination address.
7. Holidays and Shipping Delays
Carriers may not pick up or deliver packages on U.S. federal holidays.
If an order is placed on or immediately before a holiday, processing and shipping may resume on the next business day, and delivery estimates may be extended accordingly.
The following holidays may affect shipping timelines:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Shipping timelines are calculated in business days only and do not include weekends or holidays.
8. Shipment Notifications and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
You can track your shipment:
- Through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Or by contacting our customer support team
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us.
9. Multiple Packages
Depending on product size, availability, or order quantity, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
If this happens, separate tracking numbers may be provided.
10. Taxes and Duties
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax, if required, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders shipped within our service area.
Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped within the United States, there are no customs or import duties.
You will not be charged additional customs-related fees upon delivery for domestic U.S. shipments.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

12. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, we recommend that you:
- Check around your delivery location
- Ask neighbors or building management
- Contact the carrier directly for delivery verification

While Ventallion is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, our support team will do its best to assist you with the carrier investigation and next steps.
