Returns & Refund Policy

Dear Customers,

All Ventallion products are inspected before shipment to help ensure reliable performance and customer satisfaction.

To provide a confident shopping experience, we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below before submitting a return request.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return requests submitted after 30 calendar days from delivery will not be accepted.

This policy applies to both defective and non-defective eligible products, subject to the conditions below.

2. Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only.

We do not currently offer in-store returns.

All returns must be approved by Ventallion before the item is shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

3. Return & Refund Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

- A valid proof of purchase or order number is required
- The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery
- The item must be returned in its original condition
- All accessories, manuals, parts, and original packaging must be included
- The product must not show signs of misuse, improper installation, modification, intentional damage, or customer-caused damage
- Clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, misused, or returned with missing parts or packaging may be refused or may qualify for a partial refund only, depending on the inspection result.

4. Return & Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Please email us at contact@ventallion.com with the following information:

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos or videos showing the product condition
- Photos of the original packaging, if available

Step 2: Review & Approval

Our support team will review your request within 1–3 business days.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and return shipping instructions.

Step 3: Return Shipment

Please ship the product back according to the return instructions provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund

Returned items will be inspected within 1–2 business days after arrival.

If the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Ventallion Covers Return Shipping Costs When:

- The product is defective or malfunctioning within the 30-day return period
- The product arrives damaged and cannot be resolved with replacement parts
- We shipped the wrong item
- We sent a duplicate order by mistake

For approved returns caused by our error or a product defect, Ventallion will provide a prepaid return label or clear return shipping instructions at no cost to the customer.

Please note: Items should be returned with original packaging, accessories, and parts to qualify for return shipping coverage by Ventallion.

Customers Are Responsible for Return Shipping When:

- The wrong item was ordered
- The quantity ordered was incorrect
- An incorrect shipping address was provided
- The item is no longer wanted
- The customer changed their mind
- The product does not meet personal expectations
- The product is not suitable for the customer’s intended space or use
- The customer misunderstood the product description, size, features, or specifications
- The order is cancelled after shipment
- The product is damaged, lost, modified, or misused by the customer

In these cases, return shipping costs will either:

- Be paid directly by the customer, or
- Be deducted from the refund amount if a prepaid return label is provided by Ventallion

6. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund, as long as the order has not entered processing or been shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will be handled as returns under this Return & Refund Policy.

8. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Estimated refund processing times:

Once we issue the refund, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

  • PayPal refunds are usually processed immediately or within 24 hours.
  • For card payments, bank processing times may vary and can take 7–14 business days.

If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact your payment provider first. You may also email us at contact@ventallion.com for further assistance.

9. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges for non-defective products.

If you would like a different product, size, or model, please return the eligible item first and place a new order.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing-item cases, Ventallion may offer a replacement, replacement part, or other suitable solution after reviewing your request.

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Clearance or final-sale products, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
- Products returned without prior approval
- Products damaged due to improper use, improper installation, modification, or customer-caused damage
- Products with missing parts, accessories, manuals, or original packaging, unless otherwise approved by Ventallion

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ventallion.com.

Please include:

- Order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the problem

Our support team will review the issue and provide the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement part, replacement item, return label, or refund.
