Warranty Policy

Last updated: April 14, 2026

At Ventallion, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty coverage that may apply to eligible products purchased from ventallion.com.

This Warranty Policy is separate from our Refund Policy. It applies to qualifying product defects that arise during the applicable warranty period under normal intended use.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Ventallion warrants that eligible products purchased from ventallion.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period stated on the relevant product page, product packaging, or product documentation provided with the item.

This limited warranty applies to products used under normal intended conditions and in suitable installation environments consistent with the product's design and instructions, including common household and outdoor living applications such as patios, pergolas, gazebos, porches, barns, and sheds.

This limited warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, accidents, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

2. Who Is Covered

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

To qualify for warranty service, the product must have been purchased directly from ventallion.com or another sales channel expressly authorized by Ventallion.

3. Warranty Period

Ventallion provides a two-year limited warranty for eligible products purchased from ventallion.com.

The two-year warranty period begins on the date of delivery or the date of original purchase, as determined by Ventallion using the order record or proof of purchase.

If different products, accessories, replacement parts, or components carry different warranty periods, the warranty period stated on the applicable product page, product packaging, or product documentation will control.

This warranty applies only to eligible defects that arise during the applicable warranty period under normal intended use.

4. What This Warranty Covers

Subject to the terms and exclusions in this Policy, this limited warranty may cover manufacturing defects such as:

  • Defects in materials
  • Defects in workmanship
  • Functional failure under normal intended use that is not caused by improper handling, improper installation, or external damage

If a valid warranty claim is approved, Ventallion may, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement parts
  • Product repair guidance or troubleshooting support
  • A replacement product of the same model or a comparable model
  • A partial or full refund where repair or replacement is not reasonably available

5. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, discoloration, or surface deterioration
  • Damage caused by improper installation, improper wiring, improper assembly, or failure to follow product instructions
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, impact, dropping, or mishandling
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, modifications, or disassembly
  • Damage caused by external events, including but not limited to severe weather, power surges, fire, flooding, corrosion, pests, or other events beyond our reasonable control
  • Consumable parts, routine maintenance items, or issues caused by lack of maintenance where applicable
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party listings not approved by Ventallion

6. Proper Installation and Intended Use

Because proper installation and use are essential to product performance and safety, this limited warranty does not apply to problems resulting from incorrect mounting, incorrect electrical setup, failure to follow installation instructions, or use outside the product's intended environment or specifications.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is installed and used in accordance with all provided instructions and applicable local requirements.

7. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team at contact@ventallion.com with the following information:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • The product name or model
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem
  • Any relevant images of packaging, labels, or affected parts if requested

Providing complete claim information helps us review the issue more quickly and determine the most appropriate resolution.

8. Claim Review Process

After receiving your warranty claim, we may ask for additional details, troubleshooting steps, or visual documentation before making a final decision.

Ventallion reserves the right to determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether the issue is covered by this limited warranty and what remedy is appropriate under the circumstances.

In some cases, returning the product or the affected part may be required before a replacement, refund, or other remedy is issued. If a return is required, we will provide instructions.

9. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

If a warranty claim is approved and Ventallion determines that a replacement part, replacement product, or authorized return is appropriate due to a covered defect, we will provide the applicable shipping arrangement at our discretion.

If inspection shows that the issue is not covered by warranty, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs or other related expenses where permitted by law.

10. No Duplicate Remedies

This Warranty Policy does not provide duplicate recovery for issues already resolved through a refund, replacement, chargeback, payment dispute, or other compensation method.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventallion's liability under this limited warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund remedies expressly described in this Policy.

Ventallion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, installation costs, removal costs, reinstallation costs, or other related expenses, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in this Warranty Policy, Ventallion makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent such disclaimers are restricted by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Relationship to Refund Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to eligible defects arising during the applicable warranty period.

Returns, cancellations, and non-defect-related return requests are handled separately under our Refund Policy.

14. Changes to This Warranty Policy

We may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect product, operational, legal, or policy changes. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
