Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund, as long as the order has not entered processing or been shipped.

Ventallion offers a 30-day return policy for eligible products.

Ventallion may cover return shipping when the product is defective or malfunctioning within the return period, arrives damaged and cannot be resolved with replacement parts, or if the wrong item or a duplicate order was sent.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping when the return is due to a change of mind, wrong item ordered, incorrect address, product not meeting personal expectations, or misunderstanding of product size, features, or specifications.

No. Ventallion does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

After the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

PayPal refunds are usually processed immediately or within 24 hours. Credit or debit card refunds typically take 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or card issuer.

Ventallion does not currently offer direct exchanges for non-defective products.

If you would like a different size or model, please return the eligible item first and place a new order. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing-item cases, Ventallion may offer a replacement part, replacement item, return label, refund, or another suitable solution after review.

Yes. Ventallion provides a two-year limited warranty for eligible products purchased from ventallion.com.

The warranty covers eligible defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

The limited warranty may cover manufacturing defects, defects in materials, defects in workmanship, or functional failure under normal intended use that is not caused by improper handling, improper installation, or external damage.

If a valid claim is approved, Ventallion may provide replacement parts, troubleshooting support, a replacement product, or a partial or full refund where repair or replacement is not reasonably available.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, discoloration, surface deterioration, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, severe weather, power surges, flooding, corrosion, pests, or products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Proper installation and intended use are important for warranty coverage.
